Matthew Line

I have lived in Fernie for about 5 years now and a dad to CC, who is autistic and non-speaking. She uses sign language, “pics”, and TouchChat to communicate.

 

In addition to the therapies and support CC has in Fernie (and virtually), CC has also found a best friend who is also on the spectrum, which has been a fantastic relationship for our whole family. I also spend my winter time with the adaptive Ski program at Fernie Mt .

I hope to be able to help other families make similar connections in the Elk Valley.
